Vincent is a qualified Professional Mechanical Engineer. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) from Strathclyde University, Glasgow, United Kingdom.

 

Vincent has over 35 years experience in the construction industry, and was involved in design, tendering, negotiation, procurement, contracting, maintenance and senior management in numerous M&E Engineering projects.

 

Vincent also has more than 10 years experience in facilitation of commodity transactions involving urea, coal, scrap metal, petroleum products, iron ore, etc.

 

Vincent's career started in an engineering consultant company, before joining Indeco Engineers as a Project Engineer.

 

Prior to Technomec, he assumed senior management positions in Genisys Integrated Engineers Pte Ltd and was responsible for project tendering and management of numerous projects in Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam and China.

Vincent is an Independent Director of PNE Industries Ltd. He is also Director of Rockmans Enterprises Pte Ltd, Rockmans Resources Pte Ltd.
